We want you to be happy with Righters Produce. If you're not satisfied with your Pro or Teams subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Righters Produce (Matchbox Studios Namibia CC) is the seller of record for all orders. Payments and refunds are processed securely through DPO Pay (Direct Pay Online Namibia).

• Open Account → Billing in your Righters Produce account and use the Request a refund button next to your subscription; or
• Email hello@rightersproduce.app from the address on your account and we'll process the refund for you.

After a refund

When a refund is approved, your paid access is downgraded to the free Indie plan and any Teams-only features become locked. Your projects and content remain in your account so you can resume any time.

Renewals

Paid plans run for one month and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When your access period ends, you simply renew from Account → Billing if you want to continue. Card processing is handled by DPO Pay on our behalf.
