We want you to be happy with Righters Produce. If you're not satisfied with your Pro or Teams subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your order and request a refund; or
• Contact our support team through your Righters Produce account and we'll help you raise the request with Paddle.

After a refund

When a refund is approved, your paid access is downgraded to the free Indie plan and any Pro or Teams features become locked. Your projects and content remain in your account so you can resume any time.

Cancellations & renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Full payment mechanics are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
